She specializes in buying undesirable houses, moving in and fixing them up over the course of two years, effecting removing capital gains taxes. Mindy has executed this strategy nine times, and is actively looking for her next property. She has also started to branch out, investing in syndications, making private loans and partnering on a 46-unit mobile home park.
