However, despite growing to 400,000 monthly page views, it fell prey to a significant traffic hit from the Google 'helpful content update' in 2023. Despite the setback, Kristen shares her optimism and strategies for recovery, exploring new options, and staying motivated. Recovery strategies range from updating older content, exploring Facebook traffic, aiming for daily publishing on MSN, and perhaps revisiting YouTube. She also espouses the importance of financial sensibility in the face of such business uncertainties, underscoring the need to save money and live below one's means.
